Grey mosaic tiles bring a quiet, considered sophistication to pools, bathrooms and feature walls. As the exclusive Australian distributor of Ezarri, Europe Imports offers the full grey mosaic palette, from soft pearl and cloud-soft greys through to cool gunmetal and deep, shimmering charcoal.
Every sheet is crafted in Spain from 100% recycled glass and finished on the patented JointPoint backing, engineered to hold its colour and character for decades in Australian pools and interiors.
Australia's Most Extensive Grey Mosaic Tile Collection
Grey is the most versatile tone in the Ezarri colour library, sitting comfortably alongside travertine, limestone, timber decking and modern white render. Our grey Ezarri mosaic collection moves through several distinct moods.
Pale, cloud-soft greys give a soft, natural-looking waterline, cool concrete and gunmetal shades suit a contemporary monochrome scheme, and deep, shimmering charcoals read almost slate-like in shade and emerald under full sun. Whether the project is a warm palette paired with beige limestone or a crisp monochrome set against Carrara marble, the right grey carries a consistent, cohesive character across both the pool and the surrounding home.
Explore the Grey Ezarri Ranges
Within the Ezarri catalogue, grey runs across several signature collections:
- Niebla offers pale, pixelated grey blends for soft, natural-looking waterlines.
- Lisa delivers clean, uniform solid greys ideal for minimalist and contemporary designs.
- Gemma covers the cool concrete and gunmetal tones for a modern, architectural feel.
- Iris and Iris Mix bring deeper greys with subtle movement and shimmer across the surface.
- Metallica closes the palette with rich, reflective charcoals for dramatic depth.
Each grey tile is available in 25mm or 50mm tessera, with matching Corner and Cove pieces for seamless waterline detail, the Hexa hexagonal format for a softer geometric rhythm, and Safe Step variants for steps and shallow zones.
Engineered in Spain, Installed in Australian Pools
Every grey Ezarri sheet is manufactured from 100% recycled glass and backed by Ezarri's JointPoint panelling system, the same system relied on for high-end pool projects worldwide. JointPoint is a dot mounted panel that leaves around 92% of the mosaic back free for adhesive and, according to Ezarri's published data, installs roughly 25% faster than paper or mesh-mounted alternatives. The result is a flatter, safer, longer-lasting finish, backed by a 25-year colour fade guarantee.
Where Grey Mosaic Tiles Shine
Beyond swimming pools, grey Ezarri mosaics suit spas, water features, bathroom feature walls, shower niches, kitchen splashbacks, powder room vanities, fireplace surrounds and commercial fit-outs. In the pool, mid-tone and darker greys produce a striking, ocean-deep reflection, while lighter greys deliver a soft, Mediterranean-style waterline. The small square format catches light differently across the day and gives a tactile, hand-crafted finish that large-format tiles cannot replicate.
Because the glass is non-porous, grey mosaics resist staining, calcium scaling and algae far better than aggregate, render or pebble interiors, and typically need fewer chemicals to keep the water balanced over the life of the pool. The finer grout lines of a small-tile format also create natural grip underfoot, a quiet safety benefit on pool surrounds, shower floors and wet-area floors where larger tiles can read smooth and slick.
Why Customers Choose Europe Imports
Based in Kings Park, our team works directly with homeowners, architects, interior designers and pool builders to specify the right grey for every project. Give us a call on 1300 EUROPE to order up to five free samples online, book a showroom appointment to compare tones in person under accurate lighting, or use our interactive Pool Visualiser to see your chosen grey rendered in a finished pool before you commit.
Water colour shifts with depth, sun angle and surrounding reflections. As a general guide, light greys read as a soft aqua, mid greys produce a deep teal-green, and charcoal greys give a near-black, mirror-like surface that is popular for plunge pools and lap pools. We recommend reviewing project photos for each shade and using our Pool Visualiser to preview the effect under different lighting conditions before ordering.
Ezarri glass tessera is non-porous and chemically inert, making it suitable for chlorinated, salt-chlorinated, magnesium mineral and ozone-treated systems when correctly specified and installed. The grey series uses pigmented and recycled glass rather than surface-applied coatings, so the colour is intrinsic to the tile and will not be drawn out by salt cells over time.
Most popular grey product codes are held in stock at our Kings Park warehouse and can be dispatched within a few business days of order confirmation. Custom blends and special-order series are made to order in Spain, typically arriving in 10 to 14 weeks. For tight project deadlines, contact our team to confirm current availability before specifying.
A standard Ezarri sheet measures 313 x 495mm. Box coverage varies by tile size and collection, and full coverage data is listed on every product's technical sheet. As a rule of thumb, we recommend ordering an additional 10% to allow for cuts, wastage and any future repairs from the same production batch to avoid colour shift, and our team can convert sheet counts into total square metres for your surface.
We post up to five sample sheets free of charge to anywhere in Australia, so you can assess the grey tones against your render, decking, stone and fixtures under natural light. You are also welcome to visit our Kings Park showroom by appointment to view full sheets and completed project boards before committing.
Europe Imports is a specialist supplier rather than an installation contractor. However, we work hand-in-hand with a national network of Ezarri-trained tilers and pool builders, and we are happy to recommend experienced installers in your area. Our technical team can also support your tradespeople through specification, ordering, and any on-site queries.
Cleanliness in a tiled pool is a function of filtration, circulation and chemistry, not tile colour. Glass is non-porous and has a sealed surface, so debris and biofilm sit on top of the tile rather than embedding in it. Many pool builders actually recommend mid-grey interiors for owners who want a natural, lake-like water colour without the maintenance overhead of a darker render.
Absolutely, and it is one of the most flexible features of the Ezarri system. Because every tile size uses the same JointPoint backing, you can combine a pale grey waterline with a darker grey body, or fade two greys together using Ezarri's custom gradient program. Our team can prepare bespoke blend ratios and gradient layouts on request.
For a seamless, monolithic look, match the grout to the dominant grey tone in the sheet. For a more graphic, terrazzo-like effect that emphasises the individual tiles, pair light grey mosaics with a charcoal grout, or charcoal mosaics with a soft warm grey. We recommend a high-performance epoxy grout for all pool, shower and wet-area installations.
