I went in to enquire about pool tiles this morning. They just opened. Greeted at the car and made to feel important. Once inside shown a great range of tiles and samples. The girls were very knowledgeable and patient. Great store and service . Highly recommend but it is wholesale only. Thanks for good old fashioned service.

Great customer service. They've got a beautiful range of natural stone and porcelain surrounds to choose from. They've also got a great set up allowing you to lay different pool mosaic choices against the pool surround tiles in natural light. Couldn't recommend them highly enough. Well worth the trip out to the showroom.

Replacing a pool liner and needing a matching tile, I was faced with a difficult decision and needed to see the tile samples and liner swatches side by side and try to imagine them in the pool! The drive to Europe imports was well worth it. I was greeted by Holly who called on Analisa and they collaborated to provide me with a few options. In the end (it was a “Team” decision), we went with a green tinted liner and a deep green waterline tile which looked perfect together. They encouraged me to take my time, came outside into the parking lot with liner and tile to see them in the sunshine and could not have been more helpful. Thank you Holly and Analisa for your professionalism and product knowledge! Highly recommend.

We will be whole-heartedly recommending Europe Imports to all of our friends and family. From our selection experience in the showroom to the delivery and installation of our tiles by our tiler, Geoff, Carl and their team went above and beyond to ensure that we were able to achieve the look we desired for our home and pool (and even guided our decisions on a feature that is now our favourite part of the whole project). I've just been in contact with this company to help me with advice on touch up grout for mosaic pool tiles I purchased through them years ago. The Ezzari tiles are still fantastic but as we had the bullnose paving around our pool taken up and re-glued it impacted the top level of grout around the waterline mosaic tiles. I have to say Anna-Lisa has been absolutely fantastic and went way above and beyond what I expected to assist and help provide a solution for me. If only other companies could be as good with their customer service! Thank you.
